An all- novel Lord of the Rings company is coming, per Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav.
On Thursday, Zaslav announced that , The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum did strike cinemas in 2026. It , is expected to be the first in a series of innovative Jewelry shows based on J. R. R. Tolkien’s favorite books.
Andy Serkis, who played Gollum in Peter Jackson’s Oscar- successful Rings trilogy, did star and strong. Jackson, along with his spouse and inc- writer Fran Walsh, did create and write the script.
Jackson’s movie made almost three billion dollars between 2001 and 2003. The last chapter, 2003’s The Return of the King, won Best Picture and Best Director Oscars.
Between 2012 and 2014, Jackson returned to Tolkien’s Middle Earth with three Hero shows. Additionally, this trilogy grossed about$ 3 billion. However, it was not very popular with anyone. Jackson had evidently run out of ideas after producing ten days of Rings movies. The only other notable thing in the Hobbit films was Script sunglasses.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power in 2022, an eight-episode streaming set from Amazon, hit with a lot of fan acclaim and resentment. Obviously, Amazon has committed to four more times.
And then, here we go again with even more Jewelry.
Warner Bros. The Harry Potter movies are even coming back for Discovery. These same publications are set to become adapted into a seven-season streaming set for Max after being released in eight movies between 2001 and 2011. Yes, it’s the same tales from the same publications. But instead of 2.5 time devoted to each text, fans may enjoy ten days.
Warner Bros. Discovery’s another big company is more hero crap, starting with another Superman film next year.
In the 1980s, we mocked the idea of blockbusters entirely. Who would have imagined that things may get this bad? And Hollywood is also making sequel out of 80s shows: Rocky, Ghostbusters, Beverly Hills Cop, Karate Kid, Rambo, Alien, Child’s Play, Predator, Halloween, Terminator, Indiana Jones, Fletch, Batman, Star Trek, Evil Dead, accessories.
The Disney Grooming Syndicate has fundamentally boiled itself over to Marvel and Toy Story/Frozen/Princess/Star Wars.
This trip, we get a fresh Earth of the Apes , movie—the TENTH book in a 56- yr- old franchise.
Actually, at this rate, in 20 years, all the studios may include meshed into a single studio, and that one workshop will basically tell the same story over and over again.
Tell me it does n’t feel like that now.
