A Houston, Texas, lawyer was apparently tragically shot by an unhappy McDonald’s user on Saturday after intervening to calm the person down.
Another customer reportedly argued with a worker at the McDonald’s on West Interstate Highway 10 on Saturday night, according to Jeffrey Limmer of the Lewis Brisbois rules company, and that same person was there at about 6:00 p.m.
The buyer became angry with people and demanded a compensation, prompting Limmer, 46, to try and diffuse the situation.  ,
According to ABC13, the alleged shooter began to fight with the lawyer and directed his anger at him rather than calm down.
The two gentlemen then headed beyond, where the encounter became real. According to prosecutors, Limmer shoved the another customer to the ground, causing him to take a gun out of his truck.  ,
The suspect, who has not yet been identified, then reportedly shot Limmer before fleeing the scene in” an early 2000s orange Ford pickup truck”, the nearby outlet reported.
First responders cruelly declared Limmer dead at the scene.
Limmer’s youth friend, Greg Monteverde, never realized the victim was his pal who had known him since they were nine years old when he drove by the murder scene.  ,
” It’s a serious gut punch”, he told FOX26. Many of us are also shaken, I am aware.

When the irate customer contacted the Western Houston McDonald’s staff on Saturday evening and requested a refund, Jeffrey Limmer intervened.

The later attorney’s girl, Jennifer Thomas, said she’s not surprised her brother tried to calm the debate because his career was spent helping others do the same.  ,
” Knowing Jeff, he’s the one who usually says,’ Calm over. It’s not that large of a bargain,’ and divert the condition”, Thomas told the station. He has often vowed to do the right thing and fight for the little man.
The home was attending Thomas’s sister’s graduation service when they received the awful news.  ,
She explained that Limmer was merely a” good Samaritan who is trying to do the proper thing and not letting those people at McDonald’s go through that.” She continued, adding that he was a” good Samaritan who is trying to do the right thing.”
Thomas added that her nephew “fiercely” loved his family and friends.
” Always laughing, making jokes, and really caring life”, the grieving girl said.
The gunman is still at large.
