After he just admitted in a new filing that the FBI had messed up the records seized from Mar-a-Lago, former president Donald Trump on Thursday called Special Counsel Jack Smith’s document case an” Election Interference Scam.”
” It has always been pretty clear that the’ Documents Case ‘ is , nothing , but an Election Interference Scam concocted by Crooked Joe Biden, Deranged Jack Smith, and their Hacks and Thugs”, Trump posted on Truth Social.
In a May 3rd registration, Smith acknowledged that the files that were taken from Mar-a-Lago and presented as evidence were not in the same state as they had been discovered. Smith even acknowledged that it disregarded what he had previously told the judge.
Claim TAMPERING? The original purchase or location of the files as they were discovered is maintained, which is contrary to what they did, but Biden DOJ/Jack Smith just admitted to messing up the boxes they allegedly held from Trump…

After that discovery, Trump claimed that Smith and his team” committed blatant data tampering by mishandling the very containers they used as a pretext to bring this fake situation,” adding:” This deeply illegal actions by this politicized counsel requires that this whole witch kill be stopped right away.”
“]T] hey allow Biden out of his boxes investigation, files, whatever you want to visit it, they let him out with no problem, he can get. He had 10 times the containers. He had a lot of classified information. They let him out, but they continue to pursue Donald Trump. But I think it’s going to stop very well”, he added.
The FBI “had the infamous photos of documents strewn over a surface with defined jackets,” according to legal professor Jonathan Turley.
Trump appears to have handled government documents negligently in an FBI image of documents scattered on the floor. The FBI was the one who set the documents on the ground for a staged picture, in fact. This deceptive “law enforcement” had also befall you. Get warned. # FBI

According to Timothy Parlatore, past Trump attorney and leader and managing partner at Parlatore Law Group, the papers event has been “hopelessly infected by legal misconduct,” which could lead to departure.
Regardless of the underlying merits of the documents, he said,” I think it really does kind of paint the picture that DOJ must be held accountable when they do this kind of behavior.”
Democrats and Trump haters who hoped a trial would take place before the election were dealt a massive blow by Judge Aileen Cannon’s decision earlier this week to postpone the documents trial indefinitely due to the numerous issues that remain unresolved.
