
Due to the death of a theater employee,” Illinoise” on Broadway canceled its Wednesday evening functionality.
The man has not been identified formally, but was a part of the manufacturing who does not seem live, Deadline reported.
The movie’s social internet channels , posted a statement , saying the output was canceled until Thursday “due to a drama within the Illinoise society”.
” We apologize for the inconvenience. The statement further stated that all cards purchased after the performance will be refunded at the original purchase price.
The death apparently did not occur at St. James Theatre, where” Illinoise” is taking place.
The , thoroughly acclaimed , dance music, styled around tunes from the 2005 Sufjan Stevens record of the same title, opened on April 24.
Directed and choreographed by Justin Peck, with a guide written by Peck and Pulitzer Prize- successful writer Jackie Sibblies Drury, the show has previously secured four Tony Award nominations, including best musical, best dance, best orchestrations and best lights style.
