Dan Quinn, the former Washington Redskins team’s manager, had made the decision to accept his new position by retracing the team’s logo from the previous one.
And it’s not good for the activities advertising.
Quinn wore a tee shirt with the birds from the Redskins brand, which the crew removed from in 2019, and the” W” from the Commanders new brand, on Saturday as he addressed reporters during the team’s quarterback training.
A Commanders top was also unveiled today by Dan Quinn. A little bit like the old branding in a new way. If it’s for sales, it will surely buy. photograph. twitter.com/pJbYkzXv8e

The top received a quick and good social media response. Effect from the crew, however, was not. The Commanders say they have” no organizational comment” on Quinn’s shirt.
The top is not actually licensed, according to further investigation. Quinn must have either made the top himself or bought it from an unregulated dealer because it is not for sale.
After Josh Harris, the new team owner, used the word” Redskins” in a media conference last year, it was rumored that the new ownership group might be open to reintroducing the name. But, since then, Harris and his caregivers have done their best to set those rumors to rest.
” Obviously, I grew up in D. C., and I was there during the glory years, so I understand why fans love the former name”, Harris said last September via Sports Illustrated. However, appearance, there was a section of our fandom who felt disrespected by the original name.
Activities are supposed to unite individuals rather than distract them. I do n’t want distractions … I thought it was important that we end the conversation.”
Dan Quinn’s tee shirt probably wo n’t change his mind.
