After supposedly attacking two poor people with baseball bat and severely injuring them in Jefferson County, West Virginia, an illegal alien is accused of murdering a 33-year-old woman in Berkeley County, West Virginia.
David Antonio Calderon, a 46- yr- ancient illegal alien from El Salvador, has been booked in Frederick County, Virginia, after having a warrant out for his arrest in Berkeley County for supposedly murdering a woman maybe earlier this month.
After firefighters in Berkeley County extinguished a mattress that was on fire, law enforcement discovered the 33-year-old person’s body on May 6. The woman’s disappearance from Jefferson County’s home confinement programme was reported.
Authorities allege that Calderon randomly attacked two poor folks in Jefferson County with baseball bats in April, severely injuring them. As a result, a warrant for his arrest for harmful rape was issued.
Calderon was detained on suspicion of having been involved in the two problems just a few weeks after the woman’s body was discovered. He was later charged with murdering the female after being arrested on the abuse costs.
Calderon had attempted to seek asylum in Canada via the U.S. north borders, according to officials with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, but was denied. After that, he was transferred to the Department of Homeland Security’s ( DHS) custody and given a Notice of Appear (NTA ) before a federal immigration judge.
Calderon is awaiting extradition to Berkeley County on the crime expenses while he is being held in custody at Frederick County’s Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center.
