
South Florida’s just detained convicted sex offender who allegedly voted illegally 18 times over the course of 30 years is facing felony charges for allegedly voting against himself in various elections.
According to WPLG Local 10, 72- year- ancient Amilcar De Jesus Noguera, a native of Davie, Florida, was arrested in Broward County by law enforcement officials next Friday.
According to Broward County records, Noguera, a recognized sex offender in Florida, was accused of two counts of “election ballot by an unqualified voting (unqualified executive election )”. Law enforcement officials claimed Noguera’s voting rights were not restored, according to WPLG Local 10. As a result, Noguera was arrested for election as an unfit legislator, which is a next- level criminal.
Noguera pleaded guilty to a child sex offense in 1989 and received a 10-year supervision, according to WPLG Local 10. The 72-year-old sex perpetrator allegedly registered to vote in Broward County, Florida, less than two weeks after serving his sentence, according to the store.
In important swing states, some voter fraud examinations may be prohibited.
Noguera reportedly became a registered voter in 1990 and participated in 18 different votes over the past three decades despite having an unfit vote, according to NBC 6 South Florida. Noguera most just voted in the Aug. 23, 2022, Florida primary election after asking for a vote-by-mail vote, according to the oath that WPLG Local 10 reviewed.
In April, Florida’s Office of Executive Clemency provided a text that confirmed the 72- yr- old’s election rights had not been restored according to his previous faith, according to NBC 6 South Florida.
Noguera was never more recorded in Broward County jail records as of Monday night, according to WPLG Local 10. Noguera was also registered as a vote in Broward County despite not having any political affiliation, according to the store.
