According to a request from Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC), companies that receive federal funding will not be permitted to aid in illegal immigration.
House Resolution 8334, also known as the ; Grant Integrity and Border Security Act, may require candidates for national offers to formally state whether they have engaged in “acts related to the contraband and transport of illegal creatures into the United States” and whether they have engaged in a plot to do so.
The North Carolina lawmaker claimed in a statement on Monday that the costs would put in place the required safeguards to stop illegally utilizing federal funds by private individuals.
One of the most pressing problems facing our country today is border security; it needs fast, focused solutions given the state’s current circumstances. I’m putting my full weight on the Grant Integrity and Border Security Act as one of these solutions.

” There are already documented instances where Charities have used their money to stifle illegal immigration into our country while deceiving the public and stifling the rule of law,” she continued. The Grant Integrity and Border Security Act’s important measures and stress will benefit from strengthening border protection in America.
Foxx vowed that the bill would allow volunteer and advocacy groups with little or no supervision to receive tax dollars.
A grant recipient who violates Section 274( a ) of the Immigration and Nationality Act would have their grant funding revoked by the organization that provides the grantee’s grant funding, according to Center Square:
Any agency leader may rule out a violation of this act based on “any information provided by the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to the agency head,” according to the bill’s provisions. Additionally, any employee or former employee of a recipient of a federal grant who is found guilty or admits to having violated section 274( a ) while performing official duties may be based on “any information.”
