lots of Venezuelans were flown from Juarez to a detention center in southeastern Mexico on Wednesday by the Mexican government, according to the Border Report.

The workers were waiting for a vehicle to Juarez International Airport outside the National Migration Institute practices at the Ysleta-Zaragoza International Bridge when a Border Report camera crew took them in plastic sleeves.

Some could be heard begging to be taken to the Cuban ambassador in Mexico City from a distance if they wanted to avoid a detention facility in Chiapas, on the frontier with Guatemala. A bright shirt-clad man appeared to be crying.

According to officers, some of the refugees had just been kicked out of the country while others had been picked up in Juarez.

Juarez metropolitan police officers and members of Mexico’s National Guard, armed with rifle, supervised the exchange.

On Tuesday, Mexico’s foreign minister stated that the country would function with the country of origin to provide economical assistance, employment opportunities, and repatriation flights. Additionally, Mexico had agreed to work with the United States to reduce the flow of migrants to the border.
