CNN’s Anderson Cooper said , Thursday on the show’s coverage of past President Donald Trump’s company document test that if he were a judge, he may question the trustworthiness of witness , Michael Cohen after the defense lawyer Todd Blanche’s cross- examination.
Cooper claimed that Michael Cohen had a habit of immediately not comprehending the questions being asked, which seemed to be akin to giving himself time to figure out what or how to respond when cornered throughout the day. But he certainly immediately starts to include Todd Blanche repeat issues saying,’ I do n’t really understand what you mean, I’m confused by the question.’ However, this day, Michael Cohen was snagged in what appeared to be a lie, according to many inside the room.
He continued,” You could show the significance of the instant and everyone in the courtroom could tell, and the clicking of every reporter’s in the room keyboards, it was like a chorus because the crisis of the time was so obvious to everyone.”
Let me ask you, Elie Honig, a CNN legitimate analyst, if I may put you in the jury box because you just saw that piece of cross-examination. Do you have any doubts about whether or not Michael Cohen testified in that instance?
Cooper said,” Positively. Positively. I think it’s devastating for Michael Cohen’s legitimacy on this, I mean on this one specific topic. It’s hard too, I do n’t know. Yes. I believe that if I were a jury in this case, I would assume that this guy is fabricating this as he goes along or that he is fabricating this particular story.
