CNN legitimate scientist Elie Honig said , Thursday on CNN’s policy of former President Donald Trump’s company document trial that witness , Michael Cohen had his “knees chopped out” during defense lawyer Todd Blanche’s cross- examination.
Guest Brianna Keilar , said,” I only wonder how we got to this point and what you think you’ve seen a lot of things develop in jury. You’ve seen a lot of tests. Have you ever witnessed everything with a twist of this caliber?
I do n’t believe I’ve ever witnessed a star cooperating witness have his knees chopped out quite as clearly and dramatically as Michael Cohen did. I’ve certainly witnessed really successful cross-examinations of cooperating testimony. I’ve seen some of their stories” reduce in” and “discussed.”
He continued,” But this goes to the heart of the argument here. That mobile phone on October 24th, and it looks to the judge and to Anderson Cooper and Kara Scannell, Judge George Grasso, who are all in the court, that that was a disastrous time”.
Honig added,” We are at an exciting moment right now. We 25 hours away from the end of the court time, which ends at 4 now? I think Todd Blanche will keep up his cross so that if he finds new thing in courtroom for five days and on Monday, he will be able to maintain it when they come up in court for five days.
