A child woman was abandoned in a shopping cart at a shop in Lomita, California, a town in Los Angeles County, authorities said on Thursday.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department ( LASD ) detectives have identified the baby girl, whom they say is between seven and nine months old, ABC7 reported. According to the review, police have also learned the personality of her expectant mother.
A review of a child being left in a shopping cart at a business on Pacific Coast Highway was made around 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the LASD. An individual was reportedly requested to call for a taxi by the mother. According to the report, the girl went to the room while the worker called for a taxi.
” When the vehicle arrived, the girl left the store, leaving the child behind in a buying van”, officials said in a speech.
The sheriff’s office is asking the public for assistance finding her after posting a photo of the baby and a security picture of the family on Wednesday.

According to a post on social media, LASD stated that “detectives spoke with community members of the abandoned child who identified her and the natural family” while the baby was immediately placed with the Department of Children and Family Services.
