California authorities detained an illegal immigrant on Monday who allegedly attacked his patients using a “rape prison on tires.”
Eduardo Sarabia, 40, was detained on May 13 and charged with “one count of forced murder and one count of forced oral coitus,” according to a media release from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Fox 11 reported that Los Angeles County , Sheriff’s deputies allegedly caught the illegal immigrant in the act of sexually assaulting a target.
An unidentified source claimed that a person had escaped the “rape prison on wheels” in the San Gabriel Mountains, which is where Fox 11 first covered the charges against Sarabia. The source claimed that the improper refugee picked up his subjects at the El Monte train station.
” As District Attorney, it is my grave duty to seek justice for victims of violent acts, especially those involving sexual assault”, District Attorney Gascón said in Thursday’s press release. The alleged suspect’s brutal and harsh sexual assault on these two survivors was deeply troubling and inexplicable. In this extremely difficult time, our emotions are with the patients.
Sarabia is currently being held without bail and is scheduled to appear in court on June 27. According to the media transfer, she is currently being held in captivity. If Sarabia is convicted, he may face up to a career sentence in prison.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office provided more details about the allegations against Sarabia, saying that on May 12 Sarabia allegedly drove a adult victim to a remote area of the Angeles National Forest where he sexually assaulted her. Sarabia reportedly drove a second woman to the same spot where he sexually assaulted her on May 13 in an alleged assault.
According to Fox 11 reports, authorities identified Sarabia as a temporary and improper immigrant from Mexico. According to sources, Sarabia allegedly attacked his patients in a 2015 Ford Transit van, which had no panels in the back, and that the car was “disgustingly built for murder.”
In a Wednesday Facebook post, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said,” Based on the nature of the claims, detectives believe there may be more unexplained patients. Police are seeking the media’s help in identifying any such subjects”.
Images of Sarabia and the alleged “rape prison on wheels” were shared on social media on Friday.
