President Joe Biden and 2024 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump agreed to two debates on Friday during HBO’s” Real Time,” host Bill Maher said in response to the agreement because” Only the loser wants to debate,” that Biden “knows he’s losing, because he would n’t have agreed” to debate because” Only the loser wants to debate.” Additionally, Maher added that Trump would want to question regardless of how well-performing he was in the elections because he “always wants a audience.”
Maher said,” Let’s talk about these debates — I do n’t really want to, but it is what’s going on in the country. And, first of all, to me, it says Biden knows he’s losing, because else he would n’t have agreed, right? Only the fool wants to question. Trump often wants a group. But, that’s unique. But this is what’s but fascinating about it, I’ve never seen a summer debate, certainly for presidential elections. They’re often in October, right before the election. This one — June 27, that’s not even — they have n’t had the convention yet”.
Maher also praised the debate’s policy that prospects ‘ speakers may be shut off once they had finished their allotted remarks.
