The Crow‘s supplier claims it is “beyond idea” that Alec Baldwin is facing charges for the shooting that resulted in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the collection of his 1993 film Rust.
It is ironic to command Alec Baldwin with any crimes or violations after the movie’s blacksmith gave him a weapon to use in a field that was loaded with a real, live bullet rather than a vacant, according to Jeff Most, the producer of the scene in which Brandon Lee lost his life filming due to a prop gun fire accident.
” I’m brokenhearted at the loss of Halyna”, Most said adding that he and his wife knew Hutchins personally. He complained, however, that it seems like nothing has been learned from the 20th-century firing on the Rust cast in 2021 and the crash on the collection of his movie 30 years ago.
” To see that in the almost 30 years between the movies we had n’t improved upon that was certainly devastating”, Most told The Guardian.
Actor Brandon Lee, son of renowned martial arts professional Bruce Lee, was shot in the chest with wadding and other elements of a heavily loaded plain that had been shot out of a weapon during the shooting of a scene back in 1993. His chest was severely damaged by the particles, which also severely damaged his interior. Even though he was taken to the hospital, doctors were unable to save him, leading to his death.

This is not at all comparable to what occurred when Baldwin was given a pistol that was actually loaded with a live cartridge rather than a blank during the filming of Rust in 2021. Aldwin then cocked the gun, as per the FBI, despite the fact that he had no idea that he was actually shooting at Hutchins and director Joel Souza.
Despite the significant differences between the two incidents, most people believe it is absurd to charge Baldwin with a crime, saying,” I will say that I find it tragic and beyond belief that Alec Baldwin has been held even slightly responsible for this.”
There is no place in the world where an actor is tasked with controlling the weapon they’re handling, according to Most, a producer with more than 30 years of experience and numerous action movies under his belt.
There is “absolute safety on a set,” and it all brings to mind the terrible tragedy caused by Brandon’s passing. It should not have been repeated and I hope it wo n’t ever be again”, he concluded.
Hannah Gutierrez Reed, the armorer of the movie, was already credited with some of the blame for Hutchins ‘ death, as well as the court has already ruled that she was in charge of the weapons, props, and ammunition. She had the responsibility of making sure any weapons given to actors were secure and ready for use.

In March, Reed was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and later given an 18-month prison sentence.
But Baldwin, the one who actually pulled the trigger, faces an , indictment on involuntary manslaughter charges in January — prosecutors ‘ second attempt at holding him accountable for the shooting. The victim’s family and crew members have also sued him.
