Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL ) stated on NBC’s” Meet the Press” on Sunday that he was in favor of the deportation of illegal immigrants in large numbers because the numbers call for something dramatic.
According to network Kristen Welker,” If reelected, Donald Trump said he is ready to install migrant detention camps and arrest more than 11 million illegal immigrants,” which would be the largest imprisonment program in British history. Do you help that strategy”?
Rubio said,” Eleven million, that was the amount ten years ago. We’re talking upward of 25 to 30 million”.
He continued,” The answer to your question is yes. We cannot digest 25, 30 million people who entered this land improperly. What nation on earth did permit that? The majority of these people are unknown to us. They’re talking about vetting them, specialist what? They’re coming with nations that do n’t have document systems. However, we’ll have to do something spectacular to remove people from this region that are here illegally, mainly people we know nothing about, and 10 million, 11 million was the amount 15 years ago. Now, it’s upward of 25, 30 million, even more”.
Rubio added,” This is not emigration. You asked me about emigration. This is energy movement, mass migration. This an invasion of the nation, and it needs to be dealt with significantly”.
