Some individuals turned their heads as President Joe Biden delivered a commencement address on Sunday at Martin Luther King Jr.’s old school, Morehouse College, a historically black school.

According to an X article from a pro-Trump super PAC, at least three Morehouse graduates can be seen in pictures with their backs turned. One of them wore a keffiyeh robe to show his support for Palestinians.
The media room traveling with Biden acknowledged seeing a pupil standing at the back of the meeting with his back turned and his proper fist raised. According to the lake, a “few” alumni and university staff were wearing keffiyeh hats.
While Biden called Hamas’s assault on Israel on October “vicious”, and mentioned “hostages” from the invasion, he focused more on the “humanitarian problems in Gaza”, called for an “immediate ceasefire”, and told students their “voices may be heard”, in reference to the pro- Arab protests breaking out at college campuses.
” I support quiet, non- aggressive protest. Your tones may be heard. And I promise you, I hear them”, he said.
Biden’s look at Morehouse was aimed at shoring up support among the dark American public, seen as a vital Democrat district, ahead of the 2024 election.
Recent surveys have shown Biden’s assistance among black citizens has slipped.
As Breitbart News reported May 6, an I&, I/TIPP Poll study showed that since 2020, Trump has made a three- place get, while Biden has lost 28 percent, among dark citizens.
Additionally, according to a New York Times/Siena surveys, Trump is receiving more than 20 % of black voters, which is the highest amount of black support for a presidential candidate since the Civil Rights Act was passed in 1964.
As dean DeAngelo Jeremiah Fletcher called for an “immediate and everlasting peace” in Gaza, Biden applauded.
