Following President Joe Biden’s reversed of sanctions against the ICC for such investigations, the International Criminal Court ( ICC ) has issued a warrants against Israeli leaders on Monday, comparing them to Hamas terrorists.
The ICC announced permits for , Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, along with Hamas officials Yahya Sinwar, Mohammad Deif, and Ismail Haniyeh.
Jewish leaders, both in the state and in the criticism, criticized the warrants, noting that the ICC aims to stop Israel from defending itself against evil. Benny Gantz, Netanyahu’s major political rival, called the subpoenas a” murder of ancient proportions”.
Following the Biden administration’s administration’s simply humble public opposition to chief ICC Karim Kahn, the ICC warrants were issued. The ICC’s actions in turn pose a threat to violate the country’s independence, restrict the work of the United States Government and allies in national security, and ultimately, violate the country’s national security and foreign policy.

I therefore declare a national crisis to deal with the risk that the ICC makes to investigate, assault, hold, or prosecute any United States workers without the assent of the United States, or of staff from nations that are United States allies and who are not parties to the Rome Statute or have never otherwise consented to ICC control.
The order placed a freeze on the property of any ICC official who is “directly engaged in any endeavor by the ICC to check, arrest, hold, or prosecute any employees of a nation that is an ally of the United States without the consent of that country’s authorities.” Additionally, it denied ICC officials who were conducting these investigations passage permits.
