President Joe Biden should reimpose the International Criminal Court ( ICC ) sanctions that Biden lifted shortly after taking office in April 2021, according to former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, on Monday.
The dishonest, damaged ICC is pursuing Israel because it is defending itself.
The Biden Administration should soon impose new sanctions on the ICC.

According to a report from Breitbart News, Karim Khan, the ICC’s general counsel, stated on Monday that he intended to prosecute Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for allegedly abusing Hamas jihadists in Gaza. Khan also stated that he would command three Hamas leaders, but the idea of charging an unwarranted head of a United States ally with responding to unwarranted terror sparked outrage in Israel and the United States.
As Breitbart News even noted, Biden had revoked Trump’s restrictions on the ICC and its officers, which sought to prevent the ICC from investigating U. S. men and the men of allied states, including Israel. The Rome Statute, which establishes the power and authority of the ICC, is not signed by the United States or Israel. However, Trump revoked the sanctions, acknowledging the ICC’s anti- Israel and against- National bias but appealing to reform it.
On Monday, President Biden expressed anger over the ICC permits but did not deny his role in reversing Trump’s sanctions. Biden has had to revert to another old Trump procedures, such as listing the Houthis as jihadists.
