After giving a commencement talk at Benedictine College where he promoted traditional gender roles and Catholic beliefs, Everyone Loves Raymond star Patricia Heaton is defending NFL player Harrison Butker against the left-wing withdraw crowd.
Patricia Heaton argued in a new Instagram article that the Kansas City Chiefs player is entitled to express his opinions.
” The gentleman is espousing his personal views and Catholic doctrine … um, so what? It’s his mind. He can have one. He’s allowed. He’s not a demon for stating what he believes”, the actress said in the movie.
During his conversation at Benedictine, which is a Catholic class,  , Butker exhorted males to accept their manhood while encouraging women to pursue mother and housework. Additionally, he criticized President Joe Biden for his pro-choice software.
He even said queer Pride month ,  , represented “deadly crimes”.
The remaining seemed to be unable to handle this, and there are now more and more calls to flame him. Perhaps the NFL has clung to stress by distancing itself from his notes.
As Breitbart News reported, the , NFL’s diversity and inclusion official Jonathan Beane said that Butker’s principles are not the NFL’s.
But some — including some on the left — have formally defended , Butker’s First Amendment right. Whoopi Goldberg, The View co-host, and comedian Bill Maher are among them.
” He’s at a Catholic university. He is a fervent Catholic. These are his ideas, and he’s delightful to them. I do n’t have to believe them. I do n’t have to accept them”, Goldberg said.
