Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticized Karim Khan’s judgement on Monday to issue warrants against him and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant over the Gaza battle.
Khan even stated that he would look into charges brought against three Hamas officials. However, the extraordinary trial had put Israel on a morally equivalent levels with Hamas and vilify defenets against terrorism.

The ICC prosecutor, Karim Khan ,’s outrageous request to have arrest warrants issued against the democratically elected leaders of Israel is a moral outrage of unprecedented proportions. The foreign court will be forever inscribed with pity.
Israel is engaged in a just war with Hamas, a murderous terrorist organization that has carried out the worst Holocaust-era massacre against Jews. Hamas murdered 1200 Jews, raped Hebrew girls, burned Jewish infants, took hundreds prisoner.
In response to these atrocities, Mr. Khan creates a distorted and false social equality between the Hamas minions and the rulers of Israel. This is similar to creating a social equality after World War II between FDR and Hitler or after September 11th between President Bush and Osama Bin Laden.
What a farce of righteousness!
What a humiliation!
The attorney’s immoral allegations against me and Israel’s defense minister are merely an attempt to refuse Israel’s fundamental right to self-defense. And I can tell you that this test may be completely unsuccessful.
Eighty years ago, Jews were completely helpless against our adversaries. Those days are around. We now have an army to defend our position, and the Jewish citizens have a condition.
Israel may continue to pay this conflict in full compliance with international law despite the bloodshed Mr. Khan has leveled. We will continue to use unheard of methods to rescue stupid residents from harm and make sure that humanitarian aid is delivered to Gaza’s most in need.
Additionally, Mr. Khan sets a risky law that affects every society’s right to defend itself from terrorists and aggressors. The ICC does not have control over Israel, and Mr. Khan’s actions did not prevent us from starting a merely warfare against Hamas.
However, Mr. Khan’s misuse of this power may render the ICC nothing more than a farce.
He’s doing something else. He is blatantly igniting the hatred that is roiling the world. Mr. Khan replaces himself among the greatest antisemite in contemporary history with this obscene choice. He now sits alongside those notorious German magistrates who donned robes and upheld laws that made it possible for the Germans to commit the worst violence in human history.
On Holocaust Memorial Day, I made the pledge two weeks ago that no amount of pressure or a choice in any foreign forum would stop Israel from standing up for its country against those who want our destruction.
To all the foes of Israel, including their partners in The Hague, I renew that vow now. Israel may continue to fight Hamas until it is defeated. since it is not once.
In Hebrew, Netanyahu also said:” This is exactly what the new hatred looks like. It moved to the Hague judge instead of the schools in the west.
How Khan intends to impose the ICC’s alleged permits is unclear.
Individually, South Africa is suing the International Court of Justice ( IDJ), a distinct legal system, to declare that Israel’s offensive against genocidal jihadists is itself a “genocide” in addition to other friendly countries.
