A Venezuelan migratory is accused of molesting a child under the age of 12 in Gainesville, Florida, local authorities revealed.
Jhoiber De Jesus Marin- Perez, a 25- year- ancient Cuban immigrant, was arrested by the , Alachua County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday and charged with physical battery of a child under 12 years older.
According to authorities,  , Marin- Perez had been staying in the same place as the sufferer, who told individuals at the home of the event. The target claimed Marin- Perez had drunk and had returned to the residence late at night and had reportedly touched the victim’s genitalia before obstructing him to do so.

Marin- Perez, who had only been staying at the house for about a month when the alleged incident occurred, admitted to being lesbian and has n’t had a sexual partner since moving to the US from Venezuela.
Refuting the defendant’s accounts of the reported event, Marin- Perez told authorities he did not do anything physical with the sufferer.
Marin- Perez added that because he was previously accused of raping two girls in his native Venezuela, the victim may have brought the case against him for sexual battery. He is still being held without bail at Alachua County Jail.
