Singer Sean” Diddy” Combs is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting her 20 years ago in a lawsuit against model Crystal McKinney.
McKinney claimed that Diddy attacked her in his workshop in 2003, and he filed the lawsuit in federal court in New York City on Tuesday.
Per NBC News:
McKinney, who was a 22- yr- older model at the time of the reported assault, met Combs at a Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown in Manhattan, and Combs said she “was going to make it great one day” as a model and promised he’d support her career, she said in the suit.
Combs invited her to his workshop, where one of his employees said,” You’ve never had weed like this before,” and one of his coworkers offered her a joint of cannabis.
It claims that” Plaintiff eventually realized that Combs had laced the joints with a opioid or other exhilarating substance.”
In addition, McKinney claimed in the complaint that Combs had pressured her to consume alcohol and smoking despite being now intoxicated. Therefore, according to the allegations, he allegedly led her into the toilet where he allegedly made her do sex acts. McKinney claimed that she was left dazed and queasy in his workshop as a result of the alleged incident. She woke up in a car a few hours later and realized she had been romantically assaulted.
As time went on, McKinney said that her model prospects suddenly vanished, believing that Diddy apparently “blackballed” her. According to the lawsuit, she finally “became incredibly depressed as she began to blame herself for the rape and for sabotaging her personal job.”
In March,  , Homeland Security authorities raided the mogul’s dwellings in relation to a sexual smuggling research. The attack occurred at the music mogul’s castle in the Holmby Hills area. Diddy has denied all crime, saying in a speech through his attorney that the raids were a , “gross abuse of martial- level power”.

According to the , Tampa Bay Times, the alleged functions, a. k. a. ” Weird- Offs” or” F. O. s”, occurred at some of the swankiest hotels in Miami, Atlanta, New York, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. The store described them as” sex parties so terrible that the younger women and men lured into attending them had frequently vomit and move out from being drugged, beat, and raped, often for hours on end.”
Brushes allegedly filmed these” Freak-Offs” and yet “directed his employees to change the light or bedding so that the women and men who performed for him sexually could be seen better.”
The petition comes weeks after Diddy apologized for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016.

Diddy has denied any wrongdoing and has not yet been charged with a crime.
” Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military- level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs ‘ residences. His attorney, Aaron Dyer, said that there is no justification for the excessive use of force and hostility displayed by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated. ” Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. No one from Mr. Combs ‘ family has been detained in any way, and neither has their ability to travel been restricted in any way despite media speculation.
