
According to the state officers, an upstate New York college bus secretary has been charged with sexually abusing a prey under the age of nine.
Soldiers said they received a tip last week from the , Minisink Valley Central School District administrator , about an incident involving Nicola Loguerico, 76, of , Orange County, and an 8 year old child.
According to a media release from the state police, Loguerico had been badly touching the target over the course of the past week, according to an analysis by the state police.
He was detained on Monday and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a misdemeanor that carries a prison term of up to seven times. Also, Loguerico may be required to file as a sex offender if convicted.
The suspect was sent to Orange County Jail on$ 5, 000 cash bail and$ 10, 000 bond later Monday and is scheduled to appear at , Town of Wawayanda Court , on Thursday.
