DENVER — Colorado , Lt. Gov. Dianne Primavera , was hospitalized Wednesday evening due to an infection, state authorities announced.
” Lt. Gov. We are pleased that Primemavera is taking more care and getting the attention she deserves because she is one of the strongest and hardest folks I know. Jared Polis said in a speech Thursday. ” When I learned that she plans to continue working today, I was not surprised.”
On Thursday, it was impossible to find out what caused the illness and hospitalization.
Primavera, a native of Broomfield and a longtime Coloradan, is already in her second year as Colorado’s 50th lieutenant governor.
In her part, Primavera leads six applications: the Office of Saving Citizens Money on Health Care, the Office of health Development, the Colorado Disability Funding Committee and Disability Policy, the Colorado Commission of Indian Affairs, Serve Colorado and Aerospace and Defense.
