
In a new lawsuit filed on Tuesday in New York, a former model accuses former model Sean” Diddy” Combs of sexual assault.
After a People’s Fashion Week supper in 2003, Combs allegedly assaulted type Crystal McKinney at his song workshop.
According to the fit, Combs invited McKinney, next 22, to the New York City area, where he and a group of guys were drinking alcohol and smoking pot. McKinney claimed that a joint was given to her and that it had been “laced with a narcotic or other exhilarating compound.”
After she “insisted that she had enough”, she said, Combs pressured her to remain drinking and smoking and “demanded” she follow him to the toilet.
There, the coat alleges, Combs “forced himself” on McKinney, kissing her without her consent and pushing her nose down to his thigh. Despite her denials, she said, he finally forced her to do oral sex.
Brushes then led McKinney up into the studio, where she passed out, according to the complaint. She awoke only in a taxi heading home from the residence of an undisclosed fashion artist who had previously introduced McKinney and Combs. McKinney claimed that when she regained consciousness, she realized she had been assaulted.
McKinney’s counsel could not be reached to ascertain whether the revelations involved forced oral sex or another occurrence that occurred while she was unconscious.
Combs faces several allegations of sexual assault , dating back centuries.  , He’s even the subject of a , national investigation into sex trafficking claims. His reps did not respond to The Times ‘ request for comment right away.
McKinney’s complaint comes days after security videos from 2016 showed Combs beating up his former partner, R&, B song Cassandra” Cassie” Ventura, who , filed a lawsuit , against Combs in November that accused him of rape. That match was immediately settled, but Combs has since denied the allegations.
In a film released Saturday, Combs apologized for the activities captured on camera.
” It’s so hard to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but maybe you got to do that”, Combs , said , in his , Instagram explanation.  ,” I was f— up — I hit rock bottom— but I make no excuses. My behaviour on that movie is inexcusable. I accept complete accountability for my deeds in that video.
According to McKinney’s complaint, the original design felt a “moral commitment” to come forth with her bill after Ventura and four people accused Combs of sexual misconduct.
Following the alleged sexual abuse, McKinney said, she was “blackballed” from the modeling market, experienced anxiety and depression, and in 2004 attempted murder.
” Combs ‘ assault has altered the trajectory of]McKinney’s ] career”, the suit states. ” To this day, ]McKinney ] faces bouts of depression, anxiety, body image issues, feelings of worthlessness and intimacy issues because of Combs ‘ assault”.
The lawsuit also names Combs ‘ companies, Bad Boy Records and Sean John Clothing, and song brand Universal Music, as defendants, saying they had enabled Combs ‘ reported behavior.
