Some Bronx residents told Fox News in a series of discussions that Democrats “used” them because it was much when former president Donald Trump was in company prior to Trump’s traditional rally in the Bronx.
Fox News spoke to people in the Bronx away of Trump’s Thursday protest, and it appeared to be a compromise: They are not happy with the way things are going under President Joe Biden’s management.
One person claimed that Trump is “better than Joe Biden” and that the split is “50-50,” adding that it is “better than Joe Biden.”
When a woman asked whether career in the Bronx was better under Trump or Biden, she responded,” It was better under Donald Trump.”
” Anything has changed, and I can tell you that the Bronx has undergone many changes, and then, you know, it’s like everything is going to start unraveling again,” she said.
” Senior citizens may move on the street. Our kids are being killed. Groceries, when you go to the grocery store, you ca n’t even buy anything anymore”, one man, who said he’s been a life- long Democrat, said.
” All my life I’ve been a Democrat, but Progressives have used us, abused us, and they think that they own us”, he added.
Another said that everyone needs assistance and that Democrats should give immigrants precedence over Americans.
” They’re giving all the money to the refugees”, another said, clarifying,” I’m not against that. The problem is they’re cutting our stuff”.
Another person responded,” Nothing,” and Biden is at a place where no one else you go because everyone is jumping aboard the Trump coach.
One man claimed that “black and Spanish Americans are glad Trump is coming to the neighborhood” and that they “want to put pressure on Democrats to step up their game.”
” And even Republicans have an option below”, he added.
When questioned what piece of advice she would offer to Trump, one woman suggested that he remain true to himself and remain realistic.
