The Israeli authorities stated to U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Friday that it will continue to fight Hamas that despite an ICJ ruling that it must cease military activities in Rafah, Gaza.
In response to a problem from South Africa, the ICJ issued its get earlier on Friday, according to a report from Breitbart News. Although some observers suggested that the order only applied to areas where the human Israeli population was at a high risk of being seriously harmed, the order stated that Israel had to put an end to the fighting in Rafah. The Hamas extremist party, which has its last major troops in Rafah, welcomed the ICJ decision, which would let it live, if implemented.
Israel had previously stated that it would not abide by an ICJ decision against the Rafah function, according to a report from Breitbart News on Thursday. Benny Gantz, a government part and opposition figure who served in the war, reiterated that to Secretary Blinken in a telephone phone on Friday and in a statement that was later made available to the internet, as reported by the Times of Israel:”…
Israel had” remain fighting”, Gantz says in a successive speech.
According to him,” The State of Israel launched a just and necessary strategy after a brutal terrorist business massacred our people, raped our people, kidnapped our kids, and fired missiles at our city locations.” The Jewish state is “obligated to continue fighting to ensure the safety of its members, at any time and place, including in Rafah.”
The President of the ICJ,  , Nawaf Salam, is from Lebanon and had recently made extraordinary anti- Israel claims.
