A suspected individual criminal from South Texas is facing federal charges for allegedly shooting several days at U. S. Border Patrol agents who had tried to stop him in a wooded area near the border.
The tragedy occurred last week in a wooded region near the Texas border city of Progreso. According to a national legal complaint filed in Brownsville, Texas, Rafael Arriazola is facing a charge of assaulting a federal agent and a second cost of transporting illegal workers.
This year, Arriazola appeared before U. S. Magistrate Judge Karen Betancourt, who ordered that he be held without bond pending further sessions.
A group of workers from Mexico crossed the Rio Grande and got lost in the paint, the problem reviewed by Breitbart Texas revealed. After two weeks of sightseeing, one of the refugees found a truck and knocked, asking for help. The person in contacted her brother Arriazola, who offered to help the immigrant get to a relative’s residence in Donna. Federal agencies claim that Arriazola got a gun and finally went with the immigrant to look for the different migrants.
While searching in the clean, U. S. Border Patrol agents spotted and tried to capture the match. The migratory did not resist. But, Arriazola yelled at officials that he would take them to heaven and began shooting toward one of the officials as he fled the scene.
After the killing, the FBI responded to the field. Following a brief analysis, the agencies identified Arriazola and arrested him on May 22 in Progreso. The area is expected to remain in national prison pending trial.
