Former Rep. Donna Edwards ( D- MD) said Monday on MSNBC’s” Chris Jansing Reports” that former President Donald Trump does n’t have the same'” juice” because the New York business record trial was taking a toll on him.
Edwards said,” Well, I think that’s definitely true. Look, it’s very obvious that Donald Trump is suffering from this, and I think his ability to balance what he’s doing in the Manhattan courthouse with what he needs to do on the campaign trial. You saw the coordinated rally in the Bronx or something similar close to his New Jersey golf course because of it.
She added,” Once, I think you know, trying to save his strength and his time to make room for these tests. As the calendar approaches November, things wo n’t get easier. Brendan does, in my opinion, have it best. He has a money problem, and he wo n’t have the same kind of energy as he did in 2016 and probably wo n’t do it much in 2020. Therefore, he must attend these planned, predetermined events in order to increase the amount of time he is dedicating to the plan trial.
