The final stages of former US President Donald Trump’s company information test are in progress, and hearings will start on Tuesday.
After the security rested on May 21, Judge Juan Merchan set the closing arguments for Tuesday. According to the New York Times, Merchan anticipates the arguments to last for about a moment, even though the Hill noted that he did indicate that they might continue for a moment.

Trump’s security will come first, followed by the trial. Jurors will then decide whether the presumed Democratic presidential nomination is guilty of fabricating business records in connection with an reported “hush money” payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels.
Merchan is enthusiastic proceedings will begin on Wednesday, per the Times.
After the defense rested next Tuesday, the jury was called aside and had a week to acquire the prosecution’s and defense’s case before the claims were heard.
Trump’s security aimed to undermine the lawyer’s two major witnesses, Daniels and disgraced former attorney Michael Cohen, during mix- examinations. The protection appeared to have worked to portray Daniels as someone who wanted to get money from Trump’s wealth and fame.

According to Breitbart News, Susan Necheles, a lawyer for Trump’s defense, pressed Daniels about items she sold after the prosecution of Trump, citing Katelynn Richardson of the New York Times and Daily Caller.
These things included jerseys, per the , Times, a” Stormy Daniels Political Power” comic book, and a” Stormy Saint of Indictments” light, which were shown to the jury.
Per the , Times ‘ , Jesse McKinley, the light featured” Daniels draped in a Christ- like robe”.
At one stage during the mix- investigation, Necheles grilled Daniels over her” Create America Horny Once” strip club tour, saying she profited from it, as Richardson reported.
Also, when Cohen was on the walk, Trump’s defense lawyer, Todd Blanche, accused him of lying about a simple 2016 telephone call to Trump’s companion, Keith Schiller, during which Cohen claimed to have notified Trump of an alleged pay to Daniels.
Blanche made the false impression that the call was actually about harassing calls Cohen had received from a teen prankster, highlighting that the texts bookending the call between Schiller and Cohen were about the harassing calls.

According to Lee’s tweets, Cohen sent the call after receiving a text message about the harassing calls. The first text , was  , at 7: 48 p. m., and the second , was  , at 8: 14 p. m. The Daily Caller’s Katelynn Richardson reported from the courtroom that Schiller “left a voicemail at 8: 01” and followed up “text me” at 8: 02 p. m. The disgraced former attorney then called him at 8: 02.

Blanche also brought up Cohen’s TikTok streams, where he allegedly made fun of Trump while discussing the trial and Trump. In fact, Blanche’s first question on cross- examination was about Cohen calling him” a little shit on TikTok”.

In the meantime, Merchan targeted Trump with a broad gag order, which essentially forbids him from discussing any issues with the trial with other than Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and Merchan. He has discovered Trump ten times in violation of the law.
” What the judge did was amazing, actually, was amazing”, Trump told reporters as he left the court on May 10. Everyone has the right to say whatever they want. They can say anything, but I’m not permitted to say anything about anyone. It’s a disgrace, and you see it, the media sees it”.
