Kiev on Monday refrained from announcing that European military advisors would soon reach in the nation, stating that it was still in discussions with Paris and other allies on the subject.
The Ukrainian defense ministry stated in a statement that it was still in conversations with France and other nations regarding this. It added that it had conducted inside research on the important documents in order to avoid wasting time coordinating governmental issues when the appropriate decision is made.
