Brazilian President Javier Milei began a four- morning trip to the United States on Tuesday, where he is slated to meet with the Directors of Google, Facebook, OpenAI, and Apple in San Francisco, California.
Milei flew from Argentina late on Monday night and arrived in California on Tuesday with a plan to seek funding from the US’s tech companies and other businesses in the fields of artificial intelligence and systems.
Milei has traveled to the United States for the fifth time since being elected chairman in November 2023. On a , earlier trip to the United States, which took place in middle- April, Milei met with Tesla CEO Elon Musk in Texas.
Milei may travel to El Salvador on Friday after making his first appearance at the opening ceremony for President Nayib Bukele’s next term, which will take place on June 1.
Milei will arrive in California on Tuesday afternoon ( local Buenos Aires time ), according to information from the office of the Argentine presidency, and will meet with OpenAI CEO Sam Altman on Tuesday.

Adorni stated that President Milei has no scheduled discussions with representatives from President Joe Biden’s leadership, but she did not rule out that possible sessions might be scheduled in the near future.
Following an offer from Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni this month, Milei is scheduled to begin a tour of Europe in the middle of June, which will likely include a trip to Italy to take part in the future G7 meeting from June 13 to 15.
