During a six-week hearing of the facts presented in a Manhattan court against previous president Donald Trump, one juror apparently shows sympathy for him.
The judge will start weighing whether or not Trump, beyond a shadow of a doubt, fabricated records to mask a second violence. There is no compelling reason to support Trump, according to many legitimate professionals.
Some legitimate experts, such as , legal professor Jonathan Turley,  , expect the judge will sometimes provide a guilty conviction or produce , a hung judge that results in a mistrial.
According to a report from one juror who frequently made “friendly vision touch with Trump as the jury enters the room and walks straight past the defence table,” the chances of a hung judge might be.
Marc Caputo wrote in the Bulwark:
” On that judge, there are eight persons who unwaveringly despise Trump. If there’s one person who does n’t, it ‘s]this ] juror”, said one court attendee who, like others for this story, relayed their observations on condition of anonymity to , The Bulwark, which is also protecting the privacy and safety of the juror in question by not disclosing identifying details.
Since April 15, these sources have been used to support this juror’s testimony, who has occasionally appeared to wink along in agreement with the security. On other times, the jury has reportedly reacted strongly and made eye contact with Trump’s legislative caregivers, who have started appearing in court with him in recent months.
During the jury selection process, potential jurors in the Trump case were asked 42 questions.  , Some say the questions benefited the prosecution. Additionally, the defense and prosecution attorneys had to watch the jurors.
” Now we have seen jurors who have later been found to have misrepresented their histories in a couple of prior cases involving , Trump associates”, Turley continued. ” In both those cases, the judges in Washington, DC, refused to reconsider the verdict. And so, to try to exclude these kinds of jurors, this is a very crucial stage.
Increasing numbers of Americans see Trump’s criminal trial as , irrelevant , to his fitness for reelection, a , CNN poll recently found, and only 13 percent , believe , Trump , is being treated the same as other” criminal defendants”.
A majority of Americans , doubt , Trump’s criminal trial will conclude with a fair outcome, the CNN poll found.  , Only about one- third of American adults , poll-only-1-in-3-u-s-adults-think-trump-acted-illegally-in-hush-money-case/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener noreferrer”>believe , Trump did anything illegal regarding the case, an AP- NORC Center for Public Affairs Research poll found in April.
