It was clear who was in charge of getting the newspaper with that piping hot scoop when the first New York Times article about Supreme Court Justice Alito’s personal historic flag collection, which had since been a three-plus-a-podcast version, first appeared online two weeks ago. In her most recent article, Kantor described the lingering sources as “liberal and glad of it.”
Despite the fact that the multi-week Washington drama primarily served as an inconsequential discussion over historical symbols and the nerds who love them, the story is n’t really about “questions of the Supreme Court’s impartiality,” which activated my gag reflex. It’s about the cruel, trivial, pro- social behavior that has come to determine America’s social left.
The “liberal and pleased of it” pair, who hailed to Kantor in early 2021 with a hint about the Alitos flying an upside-down American flag outside their Northern Virginia residence, is blatantly portrayed as a support for the” Stop the Steal” opposition. It is a great example of how contemporary Democrats act themselves. They start a personal issue, involving no less than perfect strangers, and then with passive hostility mastered only by the socially rotten left, they set out to destroy honest people’s reputations while claiming to be the victims.
” Apart from putting up a signal, we did not begin or provoke any of these confrontations”, the 30- something woman- half of the couple, Emily Baden, told Kantor, who more described Baden and her husband as having “participated in Black Lives Matter protests in Washington” in 2020 and even posting pro- Joe Biden signs in the yard of a home belonging to Baden’s mother. ( Not at all the kind to stoke a political uprising! ) After the poll that year was called in favor of Biden,” they displayed a social indicator they had made from broken- up Amazon containers, saying’ BYE DON’ on one side and ‘ F— Trump’ on the other”, wrote Kantor.
This is where some first-hand perspective is required. Like most of the surrounding area, Alexandria is a hotbed of Democrat government workers who despise middle-class and working-class people (especially black ones ), and who view it as their birthright to demonize and denigrate everyone they consider to be subhuman ( devout Christians and Republican voters ).
If you dare metal a” Make America Great Once” bumper sticker, the Lord be with you while you can sleep well with an annoying” In this home, we believe …” lawn sign. Keys may discover the color on the car more quickly than Joe Biden can create a novel explanation for the death of his son.
All of that is to say, it’s a area inhabited by common Democrats. Because I reside these, I am aware of this. People like the Badens are the subject of my guide Liberal Misery: How the Cruel Left Sucks Joy Out of Everything and People. They’re the kind to emancipate family, friends, and outsiders over small political disagreements. If it means not having to associate with a Trump voter or someone who wo n’t swear that Ukraine is democracy’s last best hope, they’re the type to eagerly shrink their social circles. They’re the kind to yell at a company that is mixed up because a worker claims to have not taken the vaccine.
It’s never a think. It’s a real born out by many research, research, and information.
In her history, Kantor claims that the Baden pair encountered the Alitos while on a location walk in the middle of February 2021. ( Democrats are always on the hunt for fresh confrontation. ) ” Mrs. Alito addressed the piece by title, used an earful and called them’ fascist,'” the post said, citing Baden’s version of events. ” That was when Emily Baden snapped, she said. She recalls something similar: How dare you act this way, but she does n’t recall her precise words. You’ve been harassing us, over symptoms. You represent the nation’s highest judge. Shame on you”. Oh, and Baden called Alito’s woman the c- expression.
I said, How dare you, madam?! Therefore pronounced her a c —!
Kantor would lead readers to believe that the specifics and timeline of the neighborly conflict matter because the upside-down flag went up somehow indicates that Donald Trump is a justice’s allegiance, but I wo n’t take the chance of demonizing her play-by-play rebuttal. Kantor and the Times are merely trying to defame any pending court decisions that may favor Trump and Republicans. Kantor and the Times want Biden to win the election time. That’s the only explanation they bothered at all to “report” this trifling humor.
And it was obvious who had the story’s inspiration from the beginning. In her first article, which was published on May 16, Kantor referred to “alarmed neighbors,” who “understood the couple’s reversed symbol as a political speech.” Some Democrats were hoping to do what they do best, reason turmoil until they get their way, is that’s whine speak for.
Also, when Kantor wrote in her latest update on the story this year describing the Badens as “liberal and pleased of it”, that was annoy talk for, “imposing, hostile, and neurotic”.
The flags have no meaning or controversy outside of Washington. This episode serves as a reminder of how dark, depraved, and deeply troubled the political left’s mind can be. It’s one of the most important lessons that can be learned from this episode.
