An illegal alien mummy of a 12- year- older woman is accused of allowing an illegitimate mysterious man to biologically assault her daughter in , Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, prosecutors allege.
Elia Antonio, a 33- year- ancient improper alien, has been arrested and charged with trafficking her 12- year- older daughter, as well as failing to protect a child and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.
Juan Carlos Rocha Mejia, a 31- year- ancient illegal alien from Nicaragua who crossed the United States- Mexico border in October 2021 and was eventually released into the U. S. interior, has been arrested and charged with initial- degree intimate assault, child enticement, strangulation, and false imprisonment.
Rocha Mejia, the woman told officers, is the partner of Antonio.
According to , Fond du Lac County lawyers, Rocha Mejia reportedly paid Antonio more than$ 250 to be alone with the person’s 12- year- old child. The woman claimed to the police that Antonio had asked her to enter a vehicle. Before arriving at Rocha Mejia’s home, the woman said Antonio told her to get into the seat.
Therefore, according to the prosecution, Antonio entered the home and Rocha Mejia allegedly entered to steal the vehicle. After driving the van to Oakfield, Raphael Mejia reportedly sexually assaulted a woman with her in the back.
The woman was able to flee and break free. She finally made it to a home where she could report the incident and call the police.
Rocha Mejia and Antonio Mejia are both currently being held in local jails on$ 1 million cash bail. On June 7, they may hold a tentative reading.
