Florida Gov. Despite a Manhattan jury finding him guilty on 34 counts that District , Attorney Alvin Bragg, has claimed are felonies, Ron DeSantis ( R ) made it clear on Friday that former president Donald Trump still has the right to vote in Florida elections.
” Former President Donald Trump has n’t lost his voting rights in Florida. In Florida, where they have n’t yet been removed in the convicting jurisdiction, rights are not removed, DeSantis explained in a post on X.
Former US President Donald Trump still has the right to cast ballot in Florida. In Florida, where they have n’t yet been removed in the convicting jurisdiction, rights are not removed.
Given the absurdity of the Trump event being tried in New York, it would be simple to make a situation.

DeSantis continued,” With the absurd nature of the New York prosecutors of Trump, this would be an simple situation to qualify for rehabilitation of right per the Florida Clemency Board, which I chair.
The truth is that Donald Trump’s ballot in November will be one of thousands that shows that Florida is a strong Democrat position. The government delivered his conclusion in his position.
DeSantis’s clarity on Trump’s election right came after Democrats and left- aircraft protesters hyped , the 45th president  , as a” convicted criminal” following a Manhattan judge finding him guilty on all 34 matters in his company information test.
Many of the left-wing braggers shared the same sentiment on social internet with the state that Trump would not be able to cast a ballot for himself in Florida in the future 2024 presidential election.
” Now that Trump is a convicted felon, under Florida law, he ca n’t even vote for himself in the election” ! , taunted Rep.  , Frederica Wilson ( D- FL ). ” That’s fate right it”!

That’s fate proper it!

Others who , even spread this phony information included digital personalities , Luke Beasley , and , Santiago Mayer, filmmaker , Bree Newsome, and Connecticut State Sen.  , Matt Lesser, among a slew of different remaining- wing accounts.
As Breitbart News’s Joel Pollak , reported, the 34 , counts of falsifying business records that Trump was found guilty of would normally be a misdemeanor for which the statute of limitations had already expired.
By claiming that the alleged falsification of business records was done to cover up a federal crime, district attorney Alvin Bragg prosecuted the case as a felony. Trump has not been convicted of such a crime, and the prosecutors did not specify what crime was committed, nor did it have to prove the elements thereof”, Pollak explained.
