LONDON: Stormy Daniels, the adult video artist, broke her silence after former US president Donald Trump’s judgment to suggest he may be jailed, in an interview published in English news The Mirror at the weekends.
” I think he may be sentenced to jail and some community services working for the less fortunate, or being the charity punching bag at a female’s shelter”, Daniels said in the meeting, published late on Saturday.
On 34 works of company fraud, including trying to cover up calm cash payment made to Daniels on the day of the 2016 presidential election, a jury of 12 New Yorkers found Trump guilty on Thursday.
Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was paid$ 130, 000 to stay motionless and avoid incident from breaking ahead of the election, in which Trump narrowly defeated Hillary Clinton.
Daniels then claims she has finally been “vindicated,” despite being shocked by how fast the jury made the decision, which made Trump the first former US president to be found guilty of a crime.
The White House eager was even made fun of by Daniels for being” completely and utterly out of touch with reality” and once made an appointment comparison to a baby.
‘Intimidating’
With her gripping evidence, which included vivid descriptions of what she claims was a casual sexual experience in 2006, the original adult film actor and producer helped deliver Trump down in court.
In the Mirror interview, she claimed,” Being in court was therefore intimidating with the judges looking at you,” adding that she was relieved that it had been proven that she had been “telling the fact the entire time.”
” It’s not over for me. For me, it’s never going to end. Trump may be innocent, but I still have to sit with the legacy”.
The 45-year-old had remained unusually silent in the weeks following the judgment on Thursday.
Daniels’s father Barrett Blade had recently told CNN that she was” also processing” the test. He suggested that she could be threatened by Trump’s followers.
” You know, all the MAGA idiots are going to be coming after her”, Blade said, referring to Trump’s Make America Great Again activity.
Daniels even said she would not escape death challenges from Trump’s followers, the Mirror reported.
‘ Vicious’ environment
In an interview with a regional ABC News channel, Daniels ‘ attorney, Clark Brewster, described the situation surrounding the test as “very vicious and intimidating… from the point of just the fear of what someone does do.”
Daniels is a self-made woman who rose from a difficult childhood to a successful businessman after working in the tough world of adult films.
But in a new film, she revealed that behind her openly strong, funny image on social media, she has been hurt by the regular insults from Trump and his supporters.
” Up in 2018 that was things like’ liar’,’ slut’,’ platinum digger'”, she said in the movie,” Stormy”.
” This time around, it is very unique. It is clear risks, it is,’ I’m going to come to your house and cut your throat’,’ your child may become euthanised ‘”.
The trial and its discoveries have heightened tensions in the already deeply divided nation.
Trump slammed the prosecution and the judge who presided over it on Friday, starting a torrent of insults and non-factual statements.
His campaign claimed on Friday that the conviction had “boosted his support like never before” and that it had raised practically$ 53 million in net donations following his conviction.
Trump is scheduled to appeal the decision, which will be sentencing him on July 11. He may get a jail sentence, but he is much more likely to obtain parole.
