Harrison Butker, a Kansas City Chiefs kick, whose recent talk about parenting and career women sparked a furore, was the subject of Katy Perry’s celebratory jab during Pride Month.
In an Instagram post, Katy Perry shared an edited picture of Butker giving his conversation at Benedictine College along with the message,” Fixed this for my ladies, my graduates, and my homosexuals – you can do anything, thanks and glad pride”.
” For the women present immediately, gratitude on an amazing achievement. You should be proud of everything you have accomplished so far in your younger lives,” Butker said in the written clip. How many of you are contemplating all the advancements and headings you’re going to receive in your job right now as you approach this stage?

” I would venture to speculate that the people who are present today will have successful jobs worldwide. I have witnessed it first, so I say all of this to you. How many happier can someone be supporting people, he said, noting that the majority of you are most excited about having children and getting married, in this world, and how happy they are supporting people.
The written Butker wished viewers a” Content Pride Month” at the end of the tape.

Harrison Butker received criticism next month for remarks he made at Benedictine College, a private Catholic academy, where he decried contraception and gender ideology while advising women that mother might be more life-long than their careers, as Breitbart News  reported.
Some conservatives have come to Butker’s defense, saying he only meant to extoll the virtues of motherhood, while other critics, some on the left and right, have said his statements were harmful to women by putting them in a box.
