After being charged with raping a lady in the rain, a man who now lives as a person has been taken out of a women’s prison in California.
A legal complaint said the suspect, identified as 51- season- old Tremaine” Tremayne” Deon Carroll, faces two charges of forced rape and one of “dissuading a witness from testifying”, Fox News reported Monday, adding that he has a lengthy criminal history.

A natural woman, named Jane Doe in court records, claims Carroll sexually assaulted and assaulted her in the Central California Women’s Center on January 30. Another unnamed target is also mentioned in the complaint. According to web records, Carroll has since been transferred to the male-only hospital at Kern Valley State Prison in Delano.

A transgender woman, or a man living as a woman, won a$ 160, 000 settlement in August after being “misgendered” by jail employees in Broome County, New York, Breitbart News reported.
According to the news outlet, a man who was charged with killing his family with a weapon in 2016 and who was accused of using his transgender identity in a Maine jail in 2022 was referred to as a “female” in the prison.
Before SB 132 passed, Carroll, the creator and executive director of Women II Women and a former inmate who had carefully followed Carroll’s situation, said there was no record of him identifying as any kind of LGBTQ+ people.
