Volodymyr Zelensky, the leader of Ukraine, has claimed that Donald Trump would be in the position of being the “loser” chairman and that this would increase the likelihood of a third world war if he tried to force Kyiv to agree to a peace agreement.
Zelensky appeared to have laid out his opening negotiating position in case the 81-year-old Democrat President Joe Biden defeats the presumptive Republican nominee and current frontrunner in November while asserting that he has” no strategy yet” if former president Trump is reinstated in office.
Speaking with Britain’s remaining- aircraft Chief paper, Zelensky said of Trump’s desire to end the battle:  ,” Does he want to become a fool president? Do you know what you happen”?
” This is not about him]Trump], as a man but about the institutions of the United States. They’ll get extremely poor. The US will no longer be in charge of the world. Yes, it will be strong, first of all, in the local economy because it has a strong business without a doubt. But in terms of global control, it will be similar to zero”.
Zelensky argued that if Washington is perceived as appeaser of Moscow, it may open up space for other authoritarian nations to design Putin’s strategy and” come into the market” of war, claiming that this would bring around” the start of what everyone is so afraid to talk about.” This is reality. And this is a true third world war.
The troubled leader continued, saying that Ukrainians would not accept any peace agreement that would give Russia control of the Eastern Donbass or Crimea.
The Ukrainian president argued that his people would not be forced into an “ultimatum” from Putin to abandon their plans to join the American-led NATO military alliance or pursue further European integration, such as joining the EU.
After what Zelensky claimed was a Western-backed coup against then-Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, it has long been believed that no direct peace negotiations could be held with Moscow until Ukraine’s 1991 borders are restored and Russia withdraws its forces from the Donbas and Crimea, which Russia illegally annexed in 2014 under the Obama administration.

Putting aside rhetoric, the hard truth is that, as of right now, Putin’s forces are currently battling to retake control of Ukraine after it failed to retake any significant territory during the previous year’s disastrous counteroffensive.
Although President Trump has not made any public statements regarding his plans for peace negotiations between the two states, he has stated that if re-elected, he would be able to put an end to the conflict within” 24 hours.”
In a bid to force Zelensky to the negotiating table, long-time ally Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán asserted that Mr Trump would cut off aid to Kyiv, which is supporting both the war effort and a large portion of civil society, after a meeting at Mar- a- Lago in Florida earlier this year.
The war will end because it is clear that Ukraine is unable to move forward. This war is over if the Americans and Europeans do n’t give money and weapons, and the Americans do n’t. And if the Americans do n’t give money, the Europeans alone are unable to finance this war, and then the war is over”, Orbán remarked in March.
Zelensky’s most recent comments come as he attempts to persuade more world leaders to attend a “peace” conference in Switzerland, lobbying Asian leaders at the Singapore security forum to support his cause, and blaming China for backing the Russian military and standing in the way of peace negotiations.
Zelensky appeared to criticize former president Trump in a rare outburst of words, blaming Joe Biden for the White House’s decision to allow American-made missiles to attack targets in Russia.
” Is that sufficient? No. Why? Because I’ve given you an example of airfields where Russia is firing constantly, he said in a calm manner knowing that Ukraine will not react because it lacks the necessary permissions and systems.
Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, acknowledged that he was concerned about Donald Trump’s potential re-election to the White House. https ://t.co/obnkDTOJyq
