The Southern Border Communities Coalition criticized President Biden’s executive order to cap the number of asylum applicants as merely a “score social points during an election time” as a “score political positions during an election time.”
However, Lillian Serrano, the SBCC’s chairman, said workers are n’t paying attention to what Biden does, and they will come regardless.

Serrano fears that as they attempt to enter the United States, migrants who rely on smugglers will just relocate to more lonely areas along the southern border.
She thinks that Biden’s professional attempt is infringing on both domestic and international law.
According to Serrano, it’s possible that immigrant advocates will file legal petitions to reverse President Biden’s executive purchase, as they did when the Trump administration attempted to impose a cap on asylum seekers.
Any attempt to restrict the number of individuals who can workout their human rights violates both domestic and international laws, according to the president.
Some, like Democratic U. S. Senator Alex Padilla from California, are also criticizing today’s selection by the leader to limit the number of asylum applicants.

San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond, a Republican, was likewise critical of Biden’s senior order.
