
NEW DELHI: France‘s National Anti- Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office said on Wednesday that a 26- yr- ancient Russian- Ukrainian was held on fear of planning a violent action after he injured himself in an explosion.

In preparing for the Olympic Games in Paris, which are scheduled from July 26 to August 11, France has raised its safety notice to the highest level.
