SAINT PETERSBURG: Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday warned that Western arms sales to Ukraine were” a pretty risky step”, especially if contributors are” controlling” use of the arms.
” A fight usually gets bad when you deliver hands there.” Even more so if the deliverers are actually controlling and delivering arms. This is a very serious and very risky step”, Putin told investigators.
