
Steven Bannon, a leading supporter of former president Trump and former chief planner for the White House, was ordered by a federal judge to report to jail on July 1 for a four-month word for contempt of Congress.
According to Fox News, Thursday’s choice by Judge Carl Nichols revokes Bannon’s bail. According to the report, Bannon lost an elegance to overturn his conviction for contempt of Congress in May. The Trump alliance received a four-month prison sentence for refusing to provide testimony regarding the Capitol’s 2021 marching.
Judge Bradley Garcia countered that acting on “advice of guidance” is” no protection at all,” according to Fox News, saying that he did not intend to break the law by responding to a Parliamentary summons and that he was acting on his legal team’s tips.

According to Fox News, Bannon was first sentenced in October of 2022. In addition to the prison sentence, Bannon was ordered to pay a$ 6, 500 fine.
Following his first punishment, Bannon said,” I want to say one thing — I regard the judge, the word he came down with today is his choice. On the constitutional front, I’ve been completely polite to this entire procedure.
According to CBS News, Nichols issued his ruling on Thursday, explaining that he could” no longer conclude that]Bannon’s ] appeal raises substantial question of law”, after the recent decision by the appeals court panel to uphold Bannon’s conviction.
Following Thursday’s order for Bannon to report to prison on July 1, the Trump ally said,” This is about shutting down the MAGA movement, shutting down grassroots conservatives, shutting down President Trump” . ,
There is no jail or prison built that can ever stop me, Bannon continued. Bannon even disclosed that his legal team intends to take his case to the Supreme Court, according to CBS News.
