On May 30th, the twelve New York jury found Trump guilty of a 34-count count of falsifying company data. Sentence is scheduled for July 11th. He is the second former president to be found guilty of a crime.  ,
However, Judge Juan Merchan addressed a remark that was posted on the Unified Court System’s people Facebook page to Trump’s attorney Todd Blanche, attorney Joshua Steinglass, and other attorneys in the test in a letter sent on Friday to them.  ,
It reads’ My aunt is a judge and says Trump is getting convicted ]emoji] Thank you people for all your had work!!!! ‘ ,
Merchan wrote in his letter , dated June 7 that the reply was posted on May 29, the day before the judge found Trump criminal from a person ‘ Michael Anderson.’
It was posted in response to oral claims that were not related to the test in the Third Department of the Appellate Division.  ,

When one of the jurors was denied access to the event, the incriminating article raises doubts about whether or not they actually had conversations about it.
If that were the case, it could be basis for a trial.
It is unclear whether the Twitter person who posted actually connected to any jurors or had any knowledge of the verdict at the time. It might have been a haphazard Twitter users trying to stir up discussion or confusion.  ,
Before pleading guilty to 34 counts of falsifying company documents, the judge of seven people and five girls at Manhattan Criminal Court deliberated for almost 10 days.
Trump was found guilty of fabricating business records to conceal money made to porn star Stormy Daniels so she would n’t be embarrassed about a sexual incident that occurred before the 2016 election.  ,
It was the first day a previous U.S. president has been detained in court, and Trump is considering running for a second term as president.  ,

The ex-president has criticized the conviction, and his attorneys have now declared they will file an appeal.
