Gov. Although third-party nominee Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is up for election in Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI ) claimed that President Joe Biden deserves to win her state this fall.

Speaking on CNN, Whitmer was asked about Kennedy’s capacity to destroy the vote, especially given that he attracted 9 % help in a new state surveys.

” This is Michigan”, Whitmer acknowledged. ” Elections are often near here”.

Michigan is one of three “blue- ceiling” states, along with Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, that original President Donald Trump flipped to win the election in 2016. Both applicants are now working time to get them this year after Biden won them again in 2020.

” President Biden has a great list of accomplishments”, Whitmer continued. ” We’re seeing the areas of supply stores. Great manufacturing jobs are expanding, in our area. This president has been able to deliver on equipment and has a genuine production vision that is being played out every day in good-paying work. This is the first leader in a long time.

Addressing the question immediately, she said that all individuals are a component.

” Kennedy, or any third party member, gives me some priority and is to be taken seriously”, Whitmer said. ” That’s why we’re showing up, and we’re working hard in all 83 counties to receive the votes of the people”.

She added that Democratic voters may be the people who might find Kennedy attractive as she finished the video.

There are” a lot of good, traditional Republicans” who “know” that Kennedy has a lot of far-out, kind of wild ideas about science and the future and does n’t even have the support of his own family, Whiter said. All that being said, we ca n’t make any assumptions. We’ve got to make every second ballot, and that’s what we’re doing”.
