President Biden’s degrade middle-aged son Hunter was only found guilty of numerous felonies related to fraudulently obtaining a gun, according to supporters. But if you’re a self- accepting people, the only answer is, No, cheers! I do n’t eat off the ground.
The news media have inevitably teamed up with Democrat leaders to support the Biden Justice Department’s basic faith, which is destined for an elegance and ultimately a small punishment, if everything. ” Democrats boldly embrace Hunter Biden criminal verdict”, read an Axios article Tuesday. Numerous Democrat lawmakers were quoted in the history who kept repeating the mind-numbing track” No one is above the law.”
They did the same almost exactly a year after Hunter Biden entered a ridiculous plea deal with the Justice Department that would have spared him no punishment and, more importantly, given him immunity from pursuing criminal charges that he had n’t even been accused of.
These happened in June 2023.
- ABC” The View’s”  , Sunny Hostin:” It shows no one is above the law, which is important, not even the president’s son”.
- Obama 2012 deputy campaign manager , Stephanie Cutter:” ]I ] t shows that no one is above the law and what taking responsibility looks like”.
- Washington Post:” The sitting government’s son being held responsible for underpaying his income illustrates that no one is above the laws in the U. S. system”.
The worn-out phrase was sporadically used in this week’s Forbes article. ” The important word for Liberals when discussing the Hunter Biden conviction on Tuesday”, read the article, “was ‘ nobody is above the legislation.'”
Zzz…
Do n’t you see? Hunter Biden was allowed to glide on his most serious crimes — , improper influence peddling, tax avoidance, money laundering, conspiracy, and failure to file as a international agent. However, some gun possession charges against him were likely to go unanswered on appeal. So what do you say to that, Republicans? How do you define the Trump prosecutions as politically motivated right now? !
The president, in reality, has the authority to pardon his son, which he claims he wo n’t because he is aware that this ruse almost certainly wo n’t work ( and if it does, he will definitely use it ). The judge’s refusal to make a mockery of her by accepting a plea deal that would have made her into a joker in every aspect of her profession is the only reason there was even the smallest of convictions.
The New York Times does n’t even bother to pretend Hunter will be sentenced like similar prisoners, who typically spend a year in prison. According to the article, “[J]udges frequently deviate from the suggested guidelines when handing down a sentence” and may shorten the amount of time spent in prison in light of the particular circumstances unique to each case. ” Particular circumstances” is code for” the president’s drug addict son meriting political consideration”.
Despite all those tidbits, nothing can compare to what happened to Hunter and what is happening to Trump. After being found guilty of repaying business loans with interest, the former president has been ordered to effectively drain his personal bank account. Just before he is officially declared the Republican nominee, he is now at risk of being imprisoned. Additional criminal prosecutions continue to play out in Washington, Atlanta, and South Florida.
I dunno, seems like the rule of law is playing out just as the Founders designed! No one’s above the law after all!
Justice has n’t been served. Democrats ‘ ongoing campaign to jail their political opposition is temporarily obscured by this.
