President Joe Biden stated in a statement that he would “accept” the outcome of the trial and would not forgive Hunter Biden after he was found guilty on three criminal weapons charges on Tuesday.
Jean- Pierre faced several questions about the president’s speech while traveling to Italy on Wednesday. When asked whether Biden commuting Hunter Biden’s word was “on the board”, Jean- Pierre pointed to the government’s terms.
” I have not spoken to the leader about this, but what I’m saying is that he was questioned about a forgive,” he said. He was asked about the test particularly, and he answered it quite clearly”, she said in one trade. I do n’t have anything beyond what the president said.
Additionally, Jean-Pierre declined to comment on the president’s scheduling of meetings with Hunter Biden or various members of his family. Biden departed Washington, D. C., one morning back of his scheduled Wednesday trip to Italy and spent Tuesday evening in Wilmington, Delaware, after Hunter Biden’s ruling was handed down earlier in the day.

She also declined to comment on whether the president had been receiving updates on the conviction from a part of his staff or whether he had been keeping tabs on the proceedings at the White House.
” I’m really not going to get dive into any detail here”, Jean- Pierre added. Simply put, I wo n’t do that from this location. This is about his relatives, it’s about his child who he loves and evidently supports. I am aware that these inquiries will come in many various forms. As I’ve said before when I’ve been asked about this, we’re really going to be very steady. I’ll stick to the statement he made, and I’m going to keep it alone.
