President Joe Biden celebrated the Supreme Court’s decision to put out a problem of the Food and Drug Administration’s acceptance of the abortion medication, mifepristone, Thursday, doubling down on the” devotion” to protect sexual freedom.

The Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that defendants lacked the authority to raise the problem, making prescriptions for mifepristone online, in person, and by mail delivery. Following the 2022 Lewis v. Jackson Women’s Health decision and later state abortion bans, the Biden administration just expanded access to the medicine to make it easier for people to get it.

The battle for reproductive freedom is still ongoing, according to the choice of today. It does not change the fact that the Supreme Court overturned&nbsp, Roe v. Wade&nbsp, two years ago, and people lost a basic freedom. In response to Thursday’s decision, Biden wrote in response that the appropriate for a woman to receive the care she needs is threatened, if not impossible, in several states.

The leader then proceeded to redefine the ruling on Thursday, claiming that “attacks on medication abortion are part of Democratic elected officials ‘ extreme and dangerous plan to ban abortion nationwide.”

” Since the overturning of&nbsp, Roe v. Wade, Democratic elected authorities have imposed severe abortion restrictions in 21 state, some of which include zero exceptions for rape or incest. People are being compelled to appear in court to admit for the treatment their physician had recommended, or to travel hundreds of miles for the treatment they need.

He continued, saying,” Doctors and nurses are being threatened with prison day, including life in prison, for providing the health care they have been trained to give. Additionally, IVF and prevention are under attack.

In her final statement, Biden said,” Women across America, the stakes could n’t be higher.”

The majority of Americans who support a woman’s right to make significantly specific health care choices, he continued,” Vice President Harris and I stand with the majority of Americans.” We will continue to fight to reestablish the protections of Roe v. Wade and other federal laws to ensure that all women in every condition receive the attention they need. This is our responsibility.
